At least seven people have died after a massive fire broke out in a three-storey residential building in Madhya Pradesh’s Indore due to gas cylinder explosions, an official said.

Commissioner of Police (Indore) Santosh Kumar Singh informed that the fire incident occurred in a house situated in Brijeshwari Annexe residential locality on early Wednesday morning at around 4 am.

At least Seven people have died in a major fire in Palam, with around 30 fire tenders deployed and rescue operations ongoing, according to Delhi Police.

Police have been deployed outside the Gujarat Legislative Assembly after it received a bomb threat, with security tightened and checks underway.

A massive fire broke out in a building in the Palam area of New Delhi, prompting a large emergency response. Around 25 fire tenders have been deployed to the site, and firefighting operations are currently underway, according to the Delhi Fire Service.

A fire broke out in a house in the Brijeshwari Annexe area of Indore, leaving six people dead. Rescue operations are currently underway as authorities work at the site.

District Magistrate Shivam Verma said rescue operations are underway and the fire has been brought under control. “Rescue operations are underway. The fire has been brought under control. Six people have lost their lives…Two floors have been cleared but our team is checking one more floor…” he said, indicating that search efforts are still ongoing.
